Chef Hutchinson's Package Chef Duncan Hutchison has enjoyed a wide ranging career that has taken him across the country and through most every aspect of his profession. As an apprentice at the Royal York, Duncan went on to work in Canadian Pacific Hotels across the country before launching his own business. Joining the New Brunswick Community College in Saint Andrews, he helped establish the original food and beverage program then returned to build his catering business, he has accepting a recent new appointment at the Moncton College as the coordinating Instructor of the culinary program. He has also been invited to teach in Cuba for the last five years in September and lecture and Judge at Santo Tomas Culinary school in Conception and Puerto Montt Chile. |
