Chef James Clouthier package Having started his culinary journey at the age of 13 in a roadside motel in his home town, this native Ontarian went on to work in just about every major city in Canada, from Vancouver to Halifax. Working in every environment possible including Pubs, Family Restaurants, isolated Canadian Forces bases, Ski Resorts, Hotels and 5 Star Dining Rooms!
In recent years, James has come to settle in the Saint John area and is working as Chef for the 3Mile Steak and Rib House! He is excited about the recent rebranding of Saint John's famous watering hole, to the soon to be Infamous Steak and Rib House. James also keeps busy with the many catered events happening in the 3Mile Entertainment Complex.
A passion for great food and new experiences drive this Chef to look for the next big adventure! James is looking forward to returning to the Festival this year to help raise money for the much needed Saint John Boys and Girls Club!
