The Festival has been established to allow people to get together to discover and enjoy foods from a variety of cultures.

This year's Festival will once again take place in the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal. The evening will be filled with food, fun and entertainment featuring over 30 tastings of food, wine and beer – bringing together tasty treats from Japanese sushi to Iranian pastries to Jamaican patties and West African stews; a world of wonderful food will be on offer. Alongside the domestic vendors will be more than a dozen area restaurants serving their specialties.

The feature of the evening will be the Chef Auction scheduled for mid evening. This event allows you to bid on your favourite culinary master who will wow you with their skills in your home. Each Chef has prepared a package of dinner and extras that is sure to create a special memory for you and your guests.
